Can a local tuner tune my 1996 obd2 JWT ecu?

Just like the title says, I bought a non running 1996 s14(5 speed swap related). Car came with the jwt and the previous owner said it has sr20 injectors, it also still has the stock maf. So can i slap some sti injector and a z32 maf and get my jwt tune to that without having to wait for jimwolf?

Or am I gonna have to buy a obd1 Ecu and convert?

Your tuner will need to be set up externally to load and edit the tune on the chips. He can't just plug in and change it.
