Here is one I found on the internet:

In the meantime it is down to engine rebuilt, as I had water in the engine and it froze cracking the head and block:

I had fitted a gizzmo electronic boost controller earlier which runs a super steady boost with my Synapse engineering 40mm wastegate done codyace style on standard exhaust manifold. The menu on these is rather pain to work however, I much prefered the original profec-B series in that regard.

Positive news!

Sold my old custom turbo and ordered this, Borg warner EFR 6258!

Dang! That's very unfortunate about the engine.

I am very excited for you to experience the 6258!

Woo! Yeah very sad they still haven't been able to go back to investment casting the internal gate turbine housings.

Yeah, but it sucks to find that out after purchase, I now see full-race has also updated their website saying they are sand-cast. A bit poo considering the investment cast housing was part of the reason why these are cool. I am sure the performance of them has not suffered.

Ohh yeah, they had to do that a while back. That would be majorly disappointing to find out after purchase. I believe the twin-scroll external gate ones are still investment cast.

Yeah they have done tests to show that performance is the same.

I am still however most pleased with this product, everything is top notch.

It also fits very well with the OEM manifold

First I have to get the car going again so I could collect data on before and after suspension re-design

Fits like stock:

The elbow used is from oem intercooler piping, good that I didn't throw them away

Might be issues with fitment here:

Wanted a full AN setup, but it did not fit and I had to make a custom hose pipe out of stuff I had (powersteering oil feed pipe, stock hose end)

Clutch master died so I decided to replace it with a brand new one since they are cheap:

Current engine setup w/o catch can

Finally had the time to clean up the workshop:

I took the car for a drive. The EFR is so so good in response! Even at free way speeds in 5th gear it makes boost as soon as you touch the throttle for more power
Braided clutch and brake lines improved pedal feel and new fan didn't let the car get hot even without a shroud around it. I will make a custom one soon

Currently the engine is tuned by myself running 10 psi and 12.0-12.5 AFR at WOT and it hauls awesome, can't wait to get it tuned to 20 psi by a professional.
