CX Racing LS1 S14 Kit...anyone running it?

Hey guys,

Just finished installing my LS/T56 combo using the CX Racing kit and overall I’m satisfied but I had some questions if anyone is running it please chime in. I’m on my cell doing this, so I can post photos later.

1. What did you use for your shifter? I went with a MGW short shifter for the F body Camaro cause I read it also relocated the shifter 1.25” back for better shifting clearance. However I had to notch the trans tunnel some to get it to clear.

2. What holes are you guys using on the motor mounts to go back? I’m on the second hole starting from the front of the engine. I’m curious if I can go back one but worried about hitting the pan on the crossmember.
