Yeah you don't shoot someone because they're pissed off and come yell at you in traffic when you're in the safety of your vehicle... that's NOT a life or death situation. If the aggressor had pulled a gun that's a different story. People need to chill the hell out. That shit is not worth it. Then you have the idiot filming. I'm surprised that asshole didn't send his dog through the windshield.

Crazy thing is, in Florida and a few other states, when he entered through the window, he could have been legally shot. People are crazy. Hopefully some kind of disease will wipe out 1/3rd of the population, before someone with a nuclear weapon does.

If that happened in Florida, the guy that was assaulted in his car had the right to shoot the other guy, under the 'stand your ground' law, which authorizes an individual to protect and defend their own life and limb against threat or perceived threat.

Either way i always carry a "folding knife" that guy would have got stabed in the throat for sure. But then again if i had my kids in my car and some dick cut me off putting my kids life in danger i would have reacted the same, only diffrence i would have waited to exit the freeway.
