Either Syncros, Or your trans is leaking and you are missing a wad of trans oil, or possibly the wrong weight oil was used causing your trans to overheat and pop out of gear. What weight oil did you use?

I had the same problem I took my tranny apart and i found out that all of my syncros were all good and I checked if it was the forks and they were good too there are three bolts on the middle of the tranny there's two on one side and those lock the 3/4/5 gear and reverse and the top one locks the 1st and second gear take em out and there needs too be a ball bearing and a spring inside when I took mine off there wasn't no spring I bought new ones from nissan there cheap and I put them in and my gears locked perfect so check that out .
