You mean power to the fuel pump?
No fuel pressure or pump not working?
Verify the pump is actually turning on.
Check before the fuel filter if pump is actually working. rules out clogged filter
The ecu, light stays on with koeo, should go out during cranking and remain off while running.

There are things after you verify the basics, but first find the problem so it can be fixed.

You need to listen for the fuel pump priming when turning the key to IGN ON.

Red light on the ECU should turn off when the key is in the OFF position.

its not humming at all.

im thinking its the wiring looking at the info on frsport here
SR20DET Swap Engine Harness Wiring Diagram Guide SR SR20

im going to check the fuel pump realy wire on the harness.

yea the light should go off but im thinking it just might be these plugs that are making it act the way it is.

Yeah, recheck the wiring, disconnect your battery first. And don't connect the battery until everything else is reconnected.

update for anyone that this happens 2. the brown and gray plugs were wrong. also i wired it up the way frsport told me and car did not want to start. ended up being that the black with red wire also needed to be with the big blue with red wire. so two wires into one. blue red wire and black red wire to the black with red wire on the gray plug. pm me if you come across this and don't get what im trying to say. thanks
