They rated it for 600 wheel horse power. I looked at the compressor map and it seems like an accurate estimate. Will flow around 60 cfm of air within its efficiency range and the turbine spinning around 135,000 rpm.

Just got news my new intake plenum is on its way here. next up i'm going to be doing;
-cutting up some s13 fenders and mating then to s14 koukis. Once i get the fenders on and the hood with the correct hinges i can mount the corner lights and headlights (need to make brackets for that too)
-once all that is mounted i can mount the bumper (dont have a front crash bar right now i'm going to have to build one that will fit around my mammoth intercooler...
-Install my new intake plenum and throtttle body when it arrives
-Do the intercooler piping
-Get my r154-S chassis driveshaft made (I have both shafts i'm going to take some measurements and have them mated into one also)
-Extend my shifter housing exactly two inches to be centered in the hole on my chassis

Tons of other problems i need to address too like my wastegate flange on my manifold interferes with my steering column so i need to cut it off and re weld it on a different angle...

Once i get the front end all lined up i'll probably paint the whole car

going with KH2 Gunmetal grey (r32 gtr colour)
TV2 (bayside blue) and some metallic gold accents under the hood on engine and parts.

Please dont do the s14 front.

its not a matter of life and death, but stylistically its a poor choice.

Otherwise your winning, motor looks great

Did you upgrade the cams and valve train as well? Regardless, nice build! Can't wait to see the numbers!

No the engine internally is stock except for the head gasket. I'm curious to see how much this engine can take... Ive heard varying stories from 450 hp to over 600... I'm not taking anyone's word because there are too many factors that will decide if it holds together (tune, condition, use, maintenance, etc...)

I do know i have enough fuel and Air to make 600 to the wheels... Whether the engine will hold together or not is debatable. I wont stop until i make between 5 and 600

I'm building my car, not yours. I'll make it look like it was made like that, not some hack job.

Should be easy for 5-600 with a single, upgraded injectors & fuel pump, ecu, and proper intercooler/exhaust/downpipe flow. Don't forget about the waterpump and timing belt. I preformed those two maintenance items as well as the Apexi head gasket, Titan H11 head studs, Titan welded timing gear, ATI damper, new thermostat, and Titan billet tensioner. Just easier to perform them while the engine is out and being proactive for the long run.

Intake manifold showed up today after it had been shipped to the wrong adress initially, returned to sender, and reshipped USPS (slow as fuck).

Check original post at the bottom for updates and pics.

Might be getting a set of hood hinges tomorrow and i can finally put together my front end.

Just finished fitting the front end on. Still need to blend in the fenders where i welded them together, otherwise all the body lines line up... Door jamb, hood, lights to hood and fenders, all good. Now i need a bumper !

Pics of the conversion will be up later i'm on my cell right now. Get my catch can and throttle body tomorrow . I'm going to be running braided ss lines to the catch can as well with the fancy anodized fittings

I didnt see anywhere that you have figured out the ignition so I will chime in just in case you are on the fence.

If your going Dizzy-less the LS1 coils are a great setup. Kings Blend had his setup pushing well over 800rwhp as have other members. The LS1 uses 3 wires for install....super easy. The LQ9-Truck series LSX coils are also dope....probably the best OEM ignition. These have the fins at the top of the coils but are usually a bit more expensive to get.

PM me if you need more info as I had the entire setup ready to go on the GE head before I decided to ditch the idea because I got a great deal on a GTE head with BC Springs and Retainers already installed.

If you wanted to look at a sick setup look for Sam Colliers build (RoadRacer4Life) on SF. He had great success keeping the stock Head Gasket.

I decided to use the GTE Head and Head Gasket on the GE block giving me approximately a 9.2:1 Compression Ratio.....my ProEfi should be able to handle the higher compression with no issue. The "new trend" in the Supra world is to go with High Compression now that the ECU technology has improved and there is less chance of any issues.

Good build so far sir.

Fitted the front end, made my own metal conversion fenders all lines are perfect. All in all the conversion took me two full days to get everything fab'd up and lined up right. It's not ready to paint. No side shots or any other pics of the fitting until i get the fenders primed.

Here's my engine bay after fitting the catch can.

Ordered some more parts to make my intake piping, fittings, clamps, oil drain flange for my sub pan, power steering reservoir...
Picked up a throttle cable for an lhd s13 hopefully this one is long enough.

I'm looking for a Q45 tps if anyone has one for sale! and a 7mgte cam position sensor if by chance anyone has one... I know this is zilvia so my chances are slim !

Engine is looking great man. I don't see why you would have any trouble making 500hp.

No luck at the yards I went to today, but i'm gonna check another few tomorrow. I did however find an r154 that someone decided to just disassemble and throw the parts all over the fucking place...
