Should i put a 2.5 inch straight pipe instead of the cat on my 91 nissan 240sx?

I hear 240sx's without the cat smell like rotten eggs.  Its your choice.  You can have cheap 3-5 horsepower, but you will have the smelliest car in town.

Get a high flow cat. The dump pipe is nice but I would only use it for racing. Don's dump pipe got about 7hp to the wheels, a High flow one will get you about 5. You can get high flow cats from rollhard.com.

A dump pipe will get rid of the rotten egg smell and make your exhaust smell like a tractor. A old/clogged cat will smell like rotten eggs.

Jeff, what pics did you need? I havent took all my pics of my camera yet because Boostaholic is a selfish bastard with the camera <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> lol

Sounds isn't any louder than stock on a stock exhaust but it has a little more noise of the exhaust exiting the system, almost like a wastegate spooling sound. Very very suttle might I add though. I might be the only one crazy enough to hear it.

You wont smell it from driving in the car, but behind the car you can. It smells ALOT better then rotten eggs though <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
