Had my car about a year; after purchase it acted like it had a miss on the back side of hills. It has progressively become worse and is now noticeable in acceleration (or lack there of) and an occasional miss while the cruise is on.
I had the car checked out on diagnostic cpu, but they had no answers. Seems to be more obvious when temperatures are high. Somebody please help. I plan to upgrade my ignition, air intake and fuel pump soon, but would like to fix whichever is the source of the problem first.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This site is AWESOME!!

I changed the fuel filter 3 times in the past year, and have added enough fuel injector cleaner for every member to this site.  The main components that I think would be suspect would be the fuel pump, regulator, or ignition; just hoping someone has had similar problems.

Also throw in a new fuel filter before you do any serious changes, its amazing how much difference a clogged fuel filter can make on an engines performance.
