Hey not sure if it's been answered as I'm new here, but I bought my 180 with the S15 conversion and it was pretty dodgy but i bought the 180 front reo bar and just angle grinded it slightly (non-visible areas) until the bumper sat back far enough and having the reo bar in holds the panels up and the alignment is just about perfect. I still need to do some more minor adjustments but i don't have the gaps anymore. Hopefully this helps.
