ISR Short Throw Whirring Noise

So basically I installed an ISR short throw shifter in my 95 S14 and the rattles aren’t too bad but once I pass 4K rpm I start to hear a loud whirring noise until I upshift. Has anyone else had this happen to them? What could be the cause?

In my case, it’s not rattling, just sounds like a high pitches noise gaining from 4K rpm in the tranny area

Was the snifter new or used? Did the bushing look okay?

What bushing did you use on the bottom and what shift knob do you have?
