NY 1995 S14 Zenki STOCK, blk on blk!

it is with a heavy heart that i put my car up for sale. reason for sale is because the car got stolen over thanksgiving and recovered less than a day later without seats, rims, stereo. i've recovered the car and the car is in my possession in my garage, but i don't want to deal with it anymore. every time i look at it, i get more depressed about it.

Car: 1995 S14 240SX SE
Color: Black exterior with Black rear leather seats
Condition: Drivable
Title: Clear, but car was reported stolen to insurance so I'm not sure.
Mileage: ~ 122xxx
Price: 4000 OBO (NO TRADES!! NO PARTOUT!)

Good:
-HKS Exhaust
-Cusco Carbon Fiber Front and Rear Strut Tower bars
-aftermarket Sony headunit with front Sony speakers and Pioneer rear speakers (no sub, no amp, but wiring is there. see pics)
-ABS, LSD, fully loaded model
-new Kumho ASX tires purchased right after car was recovered, no more than 10 miles on them (OEM sizes 205/55/16)
-OBDI, so swap all you want
-stock KA, no problems whatsoever.
-Redline goods shift boots in carbon fiber black
-window tints
-Q45 brakes, (according to previous owner)
-6000k HID kit, and stock highbeams work also!
-Nismo shift knob
-B'way mirror

Bad:
-Peeling paint everywhere
-No seats (please bring your own)
-No horn, no alarm, etc.
-Rust on driver side QP, covered up with some kinda film though
-Dent on passenger side door, probably caused by the thieves
-Bushings may need to be replaced (hear that bowling ball clunk when shifting sometimes)
-No bass (soundwise, need sub and amp)
-Wiring may need to be cleaned up a bit
-missing small stuff here and there (cooling panel, one rim missing one centercap)
-car needs to be washed, TLC
-blinking airbag light (don't know why)
-only has 1 JDM window visor, other one will be included with sale, but thieves ripped it off.

these are all the bad stuff TO MY KNOWLEDGE so if there's other things wrong, I'll let you know. SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO TRADES, CASH ONLY!

thanks, i'm aware the price is high, but it's OBO and Zilvia is the land of lowballers that's the reasoning for the price.

How so? Would you rather have me post 'RB powered S14, for 5k OBO'? The car is indeed bone stock (engine-wise) except for the exhaust, and many don't even consider an aftermarket an 'upgrade'. It still even has a stock air intake.
