Yes, the HID kit is completely plug and play and is great quality.

I have a brand new Mishimoto Starter.

I also have a brand new OEM Nissan starter that needs a thread re-tapped since it looks like it has some weird casting issues in one thread hole.

still have the fan shroud? is it s13 shroud? Just wondering, what does side pieces mean though? Is that just without the lower or something else?

It is literally just the side pieces for the primary shroud.
