s13 Sr20det help!!!!

I have a 89 hatch rhd swap with a sr20 I pulled the motor to freshen it up at first when i put it back together an hooked up the battery it buzzed with the battery hooked up ignition off an had a weak power at the pump when turned to on position so i went through the fuses, relays an grounds an now there's nothing to the egi relay an pump buzzing stopped i bought a pre owned ecu aswell thinking that was a issue nope.... an the egi pump relay has no power.. some please help i just want my car back on the road even if there's ways around it to get it back running

Sounds like bad ground. Do you have a main ground going to your intake manifold to chassis? (or battery if its still under the hood) One time I had put a motor in a car that had sat for 6 years and when I connected the battery the parking lights were on but dim and battery light was on the dash all with the key out. I hopped in tapped the brake pedal and everything went off then put the key in and everything worked fine from there on out. Not sure what that was but it fixed it.
