Im located in near LA in california i need a stock exhaust or a exhaust that is silent with a cat for a 240sx hatch

Got both, but I am in PA... I have been keeping it in case I needed to throw one on a car and was surprised it was so quiet compared to my last one... I have the exhaust and the cat. Passed emissions two years ago here in PA..
