I had a problem with a compression tester adapter that got stuck. So i accidently tightened a spark plug into the adapter causing it to crush and a piece of ceramic from the tip where the electrode is, fell through the adapter and into the cylinder. Just wondering if a little piece of ceramic would do anything if it fell into a cylinder. Could it possibly damage anything? Id assume no because its a relatively small fragment.
