runs awesome when it starts up cold, and continues to run properly unless the vehicle gets shut off and restarted when it is still warm.

the symptoms are:
engine shaking
idle off
exhaust note sounds like it is fluttering
vac sits at 14-16 ( when started cold usually sits at 18-20)

any help would be awesome

well since you say vac is at 14-16, leads me to believe a boost leak or vac leak somewhere.

I just had a similar issue that ended up being a MAF.

You can turn your ac wide open and see if it helps. Might be an IACV issue
