TX WTB: S14 with LS/1JZ swap + AC

As title states, I'm looking for an S14 with:
- A/C
- Full interior
- LS/JZ swap
- Not setup specifically for drifting (angle kit, welded diff, etc)
- Location not an issue, as I'm willing to ship car myself

Let me know what you have. Budget doesn't matter as I'm not expecting a full on show car for $30k.
