We can ship the 215/45R17 Federals via USPS, it's just gonna be very expensive (you're looking @ about $50+/tire). Might be able to get it a little cheaper w/ Parcel Post, but those typically take very very long to get.

As for tread width, yes it is slightly smaller depending on what tires to which you compare them.

For example, tread width of the Federal SS595 in 245/40R17 is 218mm (per Federal Site). Tread width for a Falken FK 452 (quickest thing I could find that a lot of people have run) is approximately 223.52 mm (per Discount Tire Zone).

Hello QV,this is AJ ,here you go my reveiw, I was runing SO3 pole positions before so thats kinda what Im comparing these to.

Hello heres my reveiw of SS595. I did a track day at HTM grip group,as far as grip levle per $$$ spent this tire is very very hard to beat & its a street tire!!!. I started with a brand new set of rears & had very little ware at all. Based on gumball samples the compound is nice not, too soft. The only thing I noticed was under high speed change of direction there is a bit of squirm,so Im gonna up the pressure slightly & see how it responds. Also got a fresh set for the front for the next time out!!!!.
