does it come with bulbs and the sockets to put them in as well or does that transfer over from the original lights.

i know it says plug and play and uses stock harness.

you use your stock sockets and bulbs. The come to you just like they are pictured above.

You will need to use your stock sockets and bulbs for these tail lights. They do not come with bulbs.
