2JZ swapped s14 oil catch can
Whats up guys!!
So I'm swapping the 2jz vvti into my 240sx s14. I am going single turbo and AEM Infinity 6. Regarding oil catch can.. I know the two styles of catch cans. 1 is a breather and 2 is closed loop back into the intake manifold. I'm leaning towards the closed loop so I dont get oil/fuel fumes into the cabin. (I will be driving this car A LOT) My question: How do you guys run the catch can systems with these swaps? Should I use two catch cans? One for each pcv on each valve cover? One catch can with a T for both pcv? Also, I believe theres only one port large enough on the intake manifold so if i do run two catch cans where do I connect both to vent? Thanks guys! |

on my 1jz vvti I ran the exhaust side valve cover vent, welded a -10 AN to it, to a mishimoto catch can and to the intake pipe. simple and works great. I have the stock PVC on the intake valve cover to the intake. and the hose connecting both valve covers
