ka24e bogging 4th and 5th gear

So heres my issue. 1st 2nd 3rd gears drives great. Alittle bogging/hesistation in 4th and alot in 5th. Mainly towards high rpms. My tach is a bit messed up. But by listening to the car its only towards higher rpms 3500 and above in 5th. I was thinking fuel pump? Its not producing enough fuel (pressure) under WOT? Any other suggestions? Btw this is freeway driving. In city/town drives great. Also speedo isnt working. And im using an auto ecu.

You posted in the wrong spot, this is a tech issue and belongs in tech. You have been here long enough to know that.
