new one is over 200 bux at all the parts places i checked and my junkyards don't have any 240sx with power windows.
If you have one or know where i can get one relatively inexpensive, please reply.

How much are you looking to get it for? I might be able to find you one friday when I go to the junkyards but I need a price from ya so I don't buy one and then you not buy it from me
