There must be damage in the harness. The two sensors are unrelated except for their location, and only the MAF has any effect on engine operation.

Why did you swap all this again?

wich fuses would be checked and what grounds. is there any specific grounds for the harness besides the main ground , anyone near the ecu?

the car is basically running like it would without the maf, when I hit 2500 rpm it just starts bouncing and I hear air pops.

this ecu n harness is from a 95, my car is a 96 ,

ok dude this is the internet and i dont know who u are and what you have in your car you need to be more specific. did you do a swap and into what or is it a stock ka. its hard to help with one sentence questions with no info.

1) you may have the wrong ecu.

2) the two mafs you tried could have been busted.

3) if you did a swap and did the wiring there may be a break or something is grounding out or two wires rubbing before it goes to the sensor.

4) check all your fuses with a test light.

5) the new harness, was it used?

6) who did the wiring.

7) did you solder it or use connectors.

8) check all the connections.

9) check you wired the plugs on correctly.
