RB rb25det spark plugs... what do you run?

Currently running BCPR5ES since stock setup and on my new setup was breaking up in high (18psi+) boost. Had to close the gap smaller for it to run good. looking to change my plugs before my retune which should be high 300s ~ around 400whp at around 24-26psi of boost. Debating which plug to go to and was thinking BCPR7ES... any suggestions?

7ES or possibly 7EIX (iridium) if you feel like blowing money. Gap them down to 0.28.
