2002 lexus is300

title status: clean

transmission: manual

As stated above, the car is a factory 5-Speed and has a factory LSD as well. Besides some exterior things, the car is stock. First, I will start with the bad. The car does burn some oil, no check engine light. The drivers side front caliper is rubbing. The antenna base is broken. I bought the car in August from a used car dealer. I bought the car with "165k" miles on it. Later, I found out car fax said the last reported millage was 186k. I had the DMV investigate it, and they said the millage was entered incorrectly by mistake by a dealer. I am not sure this is the case. I say this because the car was reported with 156k in 2010. With that said, the car does not show any signs of having over the 165k miles on it. It drives smoothly and is quiet. The transmission shifts very smoothly, no slipping clutch or any other mechanical problems with the car other than what is listed above. The paint is in fair shape, minor dings and scratches. Interior wise, besides the drivers seat showing signs of wear, the interior is in good shape. The only real place there is some sticky dash is parts of the center console. The car has no rust. I have a clean title in my name. With all that said, the price is $4600 FIRM. There is no negotiating of the price over the phone or in person. I am already taking a loss on the car. It is more important for me to be honest than screw someone over, like the scumbag dealership did me. I am not really interested in trades, but i will entertain them.
