It cannot be legal as a daily til 2021. So this is either an illegal import or show car only. Definitely doesnt meet the 25 year rule.

Not federally legal but legal to register in Florida. GLWS been seeing this on local craigslist for a while now.

It's not legal to register in FL. I have been to shops that do this and know how it's done. It's title fraud and they lie on form 84490. It's not legal per section 320.0863.
