Exclamation 2004 85K mile ZHP 6 speed (Silvergray/alcantara)

Year: 2004
Vehicle: 330i ZHP 6 speed
Miles: 85,xxx miles
Color: Silvergray/Alcantara
Location: Ridgeland, Mississippi (Jackson area)
Price: $12,900

Hey guys, I'm selling my 2004/85k mile Silvergray on alcantara/cloth with cube trim ZHP to get something else (I get bored with cars easily). I purchased it in AZ (just moved) at 78k miles and it's been trouble free sans an airbag light which comes on when a passenger is in the car (recall not performed yet). The car runs great and pulls smoothly to redline. The transmission shifts smoothly and it manages to get around 24.5-25 mpg daily driving. I've taken it on a few road trips, biggest one being AZ to MS and it performed flawlessly (and Harmon Kardon sound was perfect). It's an excellent daily driver and feels tighter than my E46 M3 with lower miles did.

Right now, the only thing it needs is rear tires and I'm deciding whether to order another set of wheels or just replace the rears. I know there are not a lot of BMW guys or car guys in general in Mississippi but I do not mind if anyone would like to fly in and pick the car up.

I have all three sets of keys for the car and it does have a clean title. I also have the stock ZHP wheels but they're in AZ. Please feel free to message me if you'd like to know more about the car.

This is on the passenger side rear quarter. It's not too noticeable unless you're up close.

It's priced accordingly and anyone is welcome to make a reasonable offer. Thank you for the bump.

I am looking for trades as well, anything from daily drivers to project cars.

Overpriced for what it is. This is a BMW. There are shitbox 240s for sale for this price...they are NOT BMWs. This forum's pricing scheme is so fucked it makes me want to scream sometimes.

lol BMWs depreciate. Check the blue book on the car, this guy is asking almost double it. You could buy a similar mileage, well sorted, 6spd e46 m3 or e90 335i for $13k.

Nice car, zhp package is cool.

I would love to find a well sorted 6spd E46 M3 with under 90k miles for 13k. Hell I would buy it on the spot because that's not a deal I'm finding anywhere. A quick search on autotrader shows 7 manual ZHP sedans for sale and the most similar one with 81k miles (and a gray interior, the least popular option) asking 13.9k.

If we were going off of KBB values, my previous Alpine White E46 M3 6spd at 60k miles would only be worth 15k...

I would like to keep this thread focused on the car and if someone does not agree with the price but would like to purchase the ZHP, they're welcome to discuss that through PM.

OP post it on ZHP Mafia FB page. Its a great price for a low mile car. Theres a ton of people looking for silbergrau 6mt cars. Esp low mile ones.

Here's all of the history I have of the vehicle:
All work performed by Chapman BMW in Chandler unless stated:
12/09/05 15,398 miles: Oil change, Diagnose stall out, set key to one touch unlock
12/08/07 29,315 miles: Check engine hesitation at 4000 rpms (DME reprogrammed), inspect sunroof shade (replaced side clips) Inspection I complete, Brake fluid flushed
06/04/08 34,631 miles: Performed PPI
02/02/10 48,311 miles: Battery replaced (Sears) (Owner changed)
03/09/12 59,148 miles: Inspection II performed, replace left front wheel liner and foglight (hit debris), taillight recall performed, replaced LF window regulator, replaced rear brakes and rotors (2100+ dollars)
11/23/12 61,799 miles: RF window regulator replaced (Sandia BMW - New Mexico)
07/15/13 63,131 miles: Front end accident, Front bumper replaced (hood and lights original according to paperwork) (1200 dollar repair)
10/08/13 63,239 miles: Fan and housing replaced, R134a recharged, Radiator replaced, engine belt replaced, front pads and rotors replaced
11/27/13 64,211 miles: Wiper washers leaking, Washer pump replaced
12/05/13 64,518 miles: RR window regulator replaced (BMW North Scottsdale - Owner changed)
12/20/13 xx,xxx miles: Homelink installed (Transportation Electronics)
09/10/14 73,821 miles: Oil change, replace Front control arm bushings, align vehicle (Atwood European)

I picked up the car around 77k miles on 03/23/15 and have done two oil changes so far (most recent one being 86k miles). Vehicle VIN is WBAEV53464KM07296. One thing to note; on Carfax, the car shows that it was stolen on 12/16/06 and not returned until 07/15/13. From checking the consistency of maintenance records and state inspection records, AutoCheck, and National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS), this seems to be an error. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

Ehhh it'll happen when it happens. I'm not exactly in a huge rush to sell it since it's a great daily and serves its purpose perfectly. The biggest reason it's going away is so I can put money into the R32.
