SR help.. strange rattle at about 3k - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

So the other morning i was driving my super low vert to work and i freakin hit a chunk of asphalt. The chunk hit my down pipe pretty hard. Right after that is when i started to hear some rattling, it sound like some loose exhaust bolts, but I haved checked them and there all tight. I checked the turbo and turbo elbow bolts and everything is tight. I took off the valve cover and looked and the timing chain and that"s still tight. Could it be the tensioner??? Im scared to drive it anywhere until I get this resolved.

Any ideas????
