S14 door lock actuator replacement help

Hey guys, I've tried searching around the internet, but can't seem to find a good source to isolate my problem...

1996 S14 SE with a Viper Alarm.

I'm having issues with my passenger door lock with unlocking and locking. My passenger side, it would take me two clicks to unlock the door for it to be able to open, but the lock latch doesn't initiate all the way (just enough to unlock and open the door). When trying to lock the doors, the lock doesn't even budge at all (only passenger). I can hear the click in the door trying to initiate but doesn't do anything at all.

I removed the door panel, and disconnected the harness and tested the connection and it's getting the 12v it should be getting, so I isolated out the harness. Also checked for any loose wires around the smart lock on the drivers side kick panel.
I'm trying to change out my actuator but can't seem to figure out how to actually remove it. I removed a 10mm bolt but don't know what else needs to be removed to get it out and replaced. Can someone explain to me how to remove/replace it so I can see if its my actuator going out or if someones had a similar issue, what else should I look for.

I searched the internet and researched for the past 2 weeks of similar issues but nothing on how to remove the actuator haha.... except this one but it doesn't explain much

Can't seem to find an Brand new OEM unit at the dealer since it's discontinued, but I ordered this one from autozone. Anyone ever used this one before?
