are two heat shields necessary? im sure they would definitely help from degrading, but what would you say for the passenger side? (sr, non-exhaust side)

You technically do not need a heat shield for the passenger side. Some people buy the exhaust side only. Others buy both for the looks and symmetry. It's a preference thing I offer because people showed interest in having both.

Mounts are shipping sometime this week. I was out of town the week after the Foruth becuase it landed on a Monday. I ran out of product due to the sale and had to make a new run. They should be shipping this week.

$25 plus the shipping which is $16. I know they get expensive separately due to their size. It puts them in the same box pricing category as the mounts.
Though if you need shileds only you must have a pretty old set of mounts. As I have been selling shields with the mounts for at least 3 years now if not 4.

You are required to get at least the exhaust side with your purchase. If someone is selling them with out the shield they are either 3-4 years old and or lost their heat shield.
