Iacv

My 240 has a very rough idle and found that the previous owner said it started around the time that he installed a new wiring harness from wiring specialties and he had to change the iacv sensors to the one off of a ka24e (motor is a dual cam) because the plugs were different.

sounds like the motor had an s14 iacv and the previous owner had to swap it to s13
as long as the iacv actually worked there should be no issue its the same shit different connector
