No Rash on inside or outside of these wheels, like the title says, these are in original factory condition hardly used with original stickers still on the barrels and production stamping on barrel. I also have an extra pair of 5" of new lips I can add for an additional $250(SOLD) - They came off my rebarreled blitz the first day then came off when I wanted go to bigger.

Disclosure - Wheels don't have center caps, One wheel has the original Blitz valve stem and Cap with Blitz logo the other doesn't.
