los angeles modifed exhaust ticket where to go?
hi guys...
los angeles modifed exhaust ticket where to go? my question is where do I go to get my modifed exhaust ticket resolved? I went to 1945 hill st, in downtown la... and when I waited there for a hr for the guy to get back on lunch break he just told me that they dont do that there... yet on the ticket all it said to do was go there... the officer who gave me that ticket told me it'd cost me nothing to get it resolved just replace with oem muffler... then the guy at the 1945 hill st told me it'd cost me $108 for an inspection... he didn't tell me where to go either... useless government.... do you guys know where I can go in Los angeles to get this inspection for free or a lower cost then $108, i'm assuming you guys may know where to go to get this resolved. thanks again! |

Depends, is it a ref ticket? If its just a fix a ticket, i dont know how it is in LA, but you put the stock shit on and a cop writes it off, go to court and pay 25 bucks.

is the ticket fix it??
if its not dont even bother fixing it. they will tell you to pay a fee like a regular traffic violation ticket. if they send you to speak to a judge just show him a picture of a stock muffler and say you changed it..

CHP office first... Then when the officer signs for you, then you go to the court and pay the fine. Just did this a few months ago with a window tint ticket.

Chp office first, I went here ( 777 W Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015
United States) paid nothing then back to court. At the court, park at the underground parking structure instead of the one on the streett level. Its cheaper and safer down there. |
