Dohc to sohc need help

I might be in the process of going from a horrible running dohc to sohc that is in pretty good condition. I well be checking out and driving the sohc before i buy it. Please don't beat me up to hard for this one. I'm not fully going through with it yet I'm just doing a lot of research but I'm fairly close to it. So that's were you guys are hopefully gonna come in and help me. Before people start showing this KA24e to KA24de swap - Step-by-step and this one as well Ka24E (SOHC) to Ka24DE (DOHC) F.A.Q.~ - Nissan 240SX Forums , I have already looked at it and Im confused on the power steering part. This is my only serious question what well I have to do exactly to go from dohc power steering to sohc power steering? I've read a hundred times and I'm just not understanding what exactly you do. Also if anyone has any insight on some more things these wright ups missed for the swap let me know. Thank you zilvia and its community for helping

Just one more quick question I can't seem to find with the search option lol, Whats is the exact difference between sohc and dohc clusters? Is it the 110 and 115 mph difference or just the plug ins? Because I searched threw images for the dohc cluster and some of them had 110 and others had 115 mph. Or is it just the plug ins them self, like how the sohc has a white plug in and the dohc cluster has a brown plug in?

Dual cam and single cam both have the same type of sub harness.

Well not to be rude but I really don't think that answered my question. Sorry if you did and I'm just not understanding your answer. I just want to know if there is any exact difference in the clusters between the two. If you meant both harnesses leading to the cluster are the same then I think that's wrong from what I have seen in the KA24e to KA24de threads.

Okay I'm not saying you're wrong because I'm just really clueless, but I have searched and both the the 110 mph and 115 mph have supposedly been on the dohc.

I'm confused as to why you're swapping in general? Any particular reason?

Well Im doing a dohc for a better dohc now. I was gonna do the dohc to sohc because the sohc was in good condition and at a decent price. But I found a dohc in better condition with low miles from a fellow zilvia member for a decent price aswell. But this is my reasoning for asking about the cluster. My car is an 89 so you all know they only came sohc but the previous owner of my car put in a dohc. So Im curious to know if theres any difference between the sohc and dohc clusters because I have no idea if he rewired the cluster or just put in a dohc cluster. So thats why Im curious if you can tell by the mph or just buy the plug in for the cluster.
