ATP Turbo Polished housing
Hi there, so I just ordered a GTX2867 .64 with the polished housing option from ATP. I was just wondering if this was the usual quality of the polished housing, and if the wheel markings are supposed to match up (green markings).
The polished housing isnt really smooth and has a lot of blemishes and it looks like theres still a lot of residue from the polishing compound all over the piece. Is this normal? Im not mad, but i just want to make sure I didnt get a bad egg so to speak. |

What do you mean you're not mad? If you don't like something you purchased, be it quality, or craftsmanship, be angry!

What i mean is that i didnt really know what to expect. I imagined a chrome/ mirror-like finish, but maybe my expectations were too high for the $75 "polished housing" option from ATP

That looks like dog shit. I would honestly consult Garrett to see if that housing is an actual Garrett housing. The casting looks Chinese status.

ATP is in Hayward, Ca. I have been there before. Maybe he is saving money. The owner. Lol. He's authorized turbo reseller. Gary
