s14 kouki headlights dont work

My 97 s14 does not want to turn on the headlights. High beams and side lights work its only the headlights and its both. Where should i start. I noticed the cover on the driver side had like a small blue filament hanging out. Havent pulled the light so will do that next. Any idea what i should do?

Sounds like a short somewhere, happened to me too. Did you mess with the headlights recently like with the wires?

Step 1: stop drinking the water in Florida.

Step 2: look at it before creating a thread on Zilvia.

get a volt meter and check if you're getting voltage to the plugs..that would take all of 1 min to do
