FS/FT Em1 Civic turbo rod/piston/lsd

Please read entire add before responding.

Up for sale is my EM1 turbo civic. no tire kickers, I enjoy and daily drive the car. It is quick and makes all the right sounds, everything works but AC, I took this out for the turbo, although the log manifold would allow you to run the AC (I still have everything to run it) if you flipped the turbo and redid the downpipe, I didnt feel like doing this. Power steering, cruise control still works as it should.

I bought the car stock mechanically besides the fully adjustable suspension/5 lug swap prelude brakes.

I then basically rebuilt the entire car (6k miles on rebuild). It is a fun car and dialed in right just seeing what is out there.

Car makes 270whp on an ebay turbo at 12psi or so, limiting factor on more power would be this turbo, it's fine and reliable just a better turbo would flow better. I asked for a conservative tune as it is a DD and this power level is quite a bit of fun in this car. It may make more power on the retune on January 8th, as I am using Rc750cc injectors will update at that time.

Interior:
Stock besides a usb/bluetooth pioneer radio, upgraded speakers, Recaro old school seat with proper rails for the driver, no rips/tears in the seat it's black.

Chassis:
5 lug swap
Prelude brakes
ITR wheels
FUCA Skunk 2 adjustable arms
Poly sway bar bushings
New Tie rods
Skunk 2 or spoon springs on some kind of gas struts, I forget the brand here rides well.
Stainless steel brake lines
Fully adjustable rear suspension
HID headlights

Engine:
NPR 10:5:1 turbo pistons, NPR rings
Eagle rods, ACL bearings
ARP head studs
OEM honda head gasket
GSR Cams
Rebuilt head, new valve guides, valves, dual b16 intake springs on intake and exhaust side
Oil pan baffle welded in
ACL High pressure oil pump
170* thermostat
Complete poly cooling hoses, mishimoto radiator
Oil cooler setup with 180* mocal thermostat
Catch can setup, an10 bungs welded into valve cover, rear breather box removed running 2 an10 lines here to catchcan

Turbo setup:
Very large/thick bar & plate Treadstone intercooler
Tial Blow off valve
No name tial type external wastegate, works fine
Generic ebay 50 trim .63ar oil cooled turbo, spools great no leaks reliable
omni 3 bar map sensor

Fuel:
Walbro 255 pump
Aem fuel rail
RC 750cc injectors
Fuel rail pressure gauge

Transmission:
Competition Clutch Stage 4 6 puck sprung, lightened flywheel
b16 trans:
Fully rebuilt, all new syncrotech (brass) syncros, bearings
LS 5th gear
New Quaife helical differential

Exhaust:
Full stainless 3" full exhaust (downpipe back) high flow cat

Gauges:
Autometer electric oil pressure gauge, has great pressure
Autometer boost gauge
AEM X series Wideband

Maintenance:
Timing belt, water pump, all engine seals, fuel filter etc have been done. Whatever this car has needed I've done within the past 5k miles..

Car is getting a retune on January 8th. for new manifold and the rc750cc injectors. Car is tuned on obd1 Crome.

I have stock injectors/tune so car will pass inspection, check engine light is on only because I didn't have post cat 02 sensor plugged in.

Possible trade for RWD manual car or a pickup truck. Just let me know, would also prefer a manual pickup truck.
