New piston rings (oem)
New rod and crank bearings (clevite)
Arp head studs
Cosworth 3 layer head gasket
New valve stem seals

Comes with :

Long block
Tranny
Harness
Both a bottom mount exhaust mani and a stock one

Other things I'm selling:
Sr elbow
Apexi super suction
Circuit sports short shifter

*Does not come with fuel rail or injectors.
