Fender Pull/Roll Issues - Fixable without painting??

Attempting to pull my fenders today when I ran into a problem and was wondering if anybody had advice on how to salvage/fix it. Everything was looking good then I readjusted to height of the roller. There are two hard lines/creases 3/8 to 1/2 inch apart in the center of the fender lip. Using Eastwood roller, heat gun and infrared thermometer. Heating to 130-145 degrees. Was attempting to pull from the hard fender line and below out 2-4 mm. Still need a few more mm to tuck and was thinking the creases might blend out if I continue to pull but don't want to make them worse. Any advice is appreciated. Pics below.

You can add tiny camber instead and not mess it up more.
What car?

Don't want to add any more camber unless I have to. Car is a 2010' Genesis sedan. Side note it looks worse with the light right on it.

Looks like the angle of the roller wheel to the roller arm was to great so instead of pulling your fender you folded it. There is nothing you can do now except to pull it more to try to smooth it out. Maybe even try to fold the fender back where it creased.

You now should realize that all of us are going to tell you pull it more and how to do it, but the end result will only depend on you and no matter how many zilvians tell you how to to do it, the result will not be any different had you asked zilvia or not. Good luck. Keep practicing rolling fenders on expensive cars

You will have to repaint the entire car if you want it fixed. Good reason not to do this if you don't know what you're doing...

Had rolled the fenders on my S13 with no issues although I used a different fender roller which shouldn't have mattered. There has to be something other than that option.

You could try a paintless dent repair guy but I worry he won't be able to stretch it because there's so much stress in that one area already; hence the buckling.

Have a good dent less guy but like you said not sure if he could do it or not based on stress and location. Plus I need a few mm more anyways.

That's such a hard line I doubt it'll come out.

Creases don't pull out. It'll need a dolly or body putty and paint.

The reason it buckled there is because of the chamfered shape of the fender. It buckled in the middle of the crease.

It's much more difficult to pull a fender that isn't smooth to the edge like many 90's era Nissans.

Why did you post this on a Nissan S/Z forum? Go to Vipstylecars.com forums.

Posted here because of the number of members who have rolled/pulled fenders. Also posted on VSC but not many responses. Spoke with a local guy who has rolled many Hyundai fenders and said they are rather difficult due to their construction. Having an inner and outer layer along with the flat fender lip. Contacting a body shop this week to see if get can finish the pull and fix with PDR and do my other side as well.

I wouldn't try to pull it out any more, if anything it looks perfect right there. I would match the other side, and fix the side you fucked up.

as far as wheel fitment, i would add at least 1/2 a degree of camber and make sure your camber curve is just right so that when the wheel comes up it curves right before it hits the panel. That is exactly the way i have my rear wheels. i swear it looks like it would touch lol

Only fear in doing the other side is that it will also buckle and now I have two sides to get fixed.
