AZ GTR Garage Imported R32 Sedan

I posted this car out of rage not too long ago, however I'd actually like to sell it now. Please no shenanigans in my thread.

Down to the gist, I purchased this car back in march through GTR Garage under the 25year rule. I have ALL Legal paperwork needed to own this car legally. I have my Customs release form, EPA form, AZ Inspection form, invoices from GTR, Japanese title and a title translated to English. The R32 is currently insured through USAA as well. What’s needed? A plate. Why don’t I have one? Pure hate of the MVD, third parties do not like to handle imported car paperwork. However I begrudgingly can go get it done.

Details on the car:

HCR32 sedan
71k original miles
Power windows and locks
Functioning AC (needs recharge, still R12 and new AC belt.)
Very straight chassis, minimal dents.

MOTOR:
-New NGK spark plugs
-New OEM timing belt
-New OEM Timing tensioners
-New OEM Idler pulley
-New OEM water pump
-New OEM thermostat
-New fuel filter
-New Raw Brokerage silicone hoses
-New GK Tech clutch fan
-New GK Tech rad cap
-New GTR fuel pump
-newer clutch (not sure on brand, seller didn't know..)
-Apexi fmic
-Apexi air filter

Not installed but included:
-HKS gt2510 turbo kit
-Night page turbo elbow
-Jic Magic down pipe
-Random test pipe

Footwork:
-New NSK front camber arms
-New HICAS Lockout bar
-New HICAS tierod balljoint
-Nismo 1.5 differential
-Apexi pro coilovers
-Varrstoen ES2 18x9.5 +12 all around
-New Kazama Auto skid plate

Included but not installed:
Brand new z32 rotors and pads and used r32 type m front calipers, rears I’m waiting to get from GTR Garage still.

-Gtr N1 front bumper
-Gtr N1 headlights
-PS Duce side skirts
-Wagan wing (not installed)

Interior:
-Bride brix reclinable
-Veilside shiftknob
-Gtr passenger seat

Cons: has some rust, that’s what happens to cars in Japan. Almost all surface, just some that should be fixed in the very bottom on the rear driver side quarter panel. Right where water would splash up. Needs an alignment and a new AC belt, it whines.

Price 13.5k, don’t like my price? Kick rocks or counter offer. I will entertain trades, but primarily looking for cash.

Potential trades I will accept: Anything RWD and fun.

13.5 isn't bad at all for a drive home properly maintained Skyline, I can speak kind words about these cars all day. Haha I just thought it was funny they locked your thread until they personally could confirm this car was actually yours. Like I've never seen that before.

It should be, the admin told him to prove it was here in the states or else he was going to lock his post, so he updated with pictures of it sitting at his house, because all he had was pictures of the car from when it was still in japan.
