s13 2 unplugged connectors on stock ka24e

Hello zilvia. I have a 1990 240sx se model (no a/c at all) with stock ka24e and these 2 plugs are unconnected. Does anybody know where they go? one is coming out from the fuse box and the other one is ziptied on the lower radiator hose. Here are pics

One of the connectors is for the AC Drier the other is for the Auxiliary Fan switch.
