Who should I get an RB25 swap from???
Hey ive been tryin to find a reliable place to order a rb25 and maybe a ca18 but i cant find anyone that id be to confident with... ive been searchin the forums and ive only been able to fine like one or two threads with a lil info and i dont wanna turn out to be another horror story lol... if u guys have any info please help me out links to sites, or links to other threads whatever anythin will most likly help thanks....

check out the advertisers forum... there is a company called import specialists or something like that, that sells jdm engines. They could probably hook you up.

i picked up mine from venus-auto.com back in 2006. they were real helpful. complete rb25det swap was $2800 shipped to my door, in Alaska. they even replaced my coilpacks and IAC a year after i got my motor for like $100 or something like that.

ya i saw the thread about import specialists but theres not too many people that have got motors from them idk how reliable they are... im looking at there site now ANVIL and they look pretty good how long did ur rb run?

still runs. didnt drive it much that first year i swapped it but been DD'ing every summer. pretty strong motor. dyno'd 286whp on 14psi and 266 on 12psi. 90 oct gas. thats stock, with just the basics for a swap into s-chassis

Well I've always been a big fan of JHOT, never heard any complain about them and they've sold hundreds if not thousands of swaps by now. I've bought an RB from them before and it was in great shape.

Aha.
Derek drives a 07 soobie. and so does Jill his wife. Went up there for thanks giving. They told me about the olny guy that drifts up there, lol. Seems everyone drags up there. Also got to drive a RHD GTR pulsar up there in the snow |
