Hmmm let's see here. Finish up the wiring/loom work, fuel lines, driveshaft, seat bracket, mount the belts, make the radiator hoses, clearance the header some more, buy or shorthen the shifter bracket, and get an alignment. So not a terrible lot, but definitely some work/more money.

I should be able to get a little work done this week, I think I have some spare cash.

Flipped my brackets and pulled a collar today, as well as moved my camber plates to the middle, reducing caster.

Got the camber down to -6ish, and it raised the car some. Looks like I'll have to pull the last collar to get ride height where I want it. Kei-offices are definitely not meant to go low.

I do plan to turbocharge it, but much later down the road after I finish the suspension and have spent a lot of money on track entry fees and tires .

Very good work!

Another good thing to know is you do not need to splice in to the VQ engine harness as long as you have a 350z engine room harness and 240 engine harness. I made a patch harness using these:

Far left: Starter and Fan
Middle: Power, Ground, throttle, ACC, Fuel, etc.
Right: Gas pedal

Oh, my, god. Becky, look at his angle. It is so BIG. It looks like one of those drift guys' frontends...

Damn I want to see this car go now.

DEMo, what you talkin' bout Willis? I'm working on an HR swap and gonna be hooking up my 350Z harness to my 240 peripherals this weekend ( I do still have my S13 harnesses). My starter, fans, gas pedal ACC, power, and ground are taken care of but I'm going to be wiring up the fuel pump, lights, and wiper motor to the Z harness. You got some tips man? I was just planning on getting real friendly with both FSMs... like a damn threesome of knowledge, only sobering and with extra profanity.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys! I just got a big tax bill from my previous employer and it's been killing my car money. I've been working with TDP, they're sending me new knuckles with more roll center correction, I should have them very soon, they were supposed to be here by now, haha.

I also switched the old Kei-offices out for some FEAL-revalved DGR's with Hypercoil springs in hopes of adding a little more adjustability to the front end. The longer brackets should help me pull out some camber, I have to flip them over though.

Thanks for the tips man, I'm about to tackle all the wiring.

I've been a bit undecided. I'm definitely going to run both headers to a collector/y-pipe, but I'm not sure what to do after that. I've thought about oval as the car is going to be very low, but it's so bloody expensive. I'll probably end up doing stainless all the way back, but if I'm feeling brave I might go aluminum. It's lighter and cheaper, but I have my doubts about it's durability on a low car. I'm not sure how far up I can tuck it.

Regardless it's going to have a muffler, I'm not a big fan of straight pipe NA VQ.

Ive considered the oval before, but the price being too high and a chance of it getting destroyed are holding me back lol. I bought the Mckinney swap headers, and they came in the other day. You should look into them.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1380414157.627815.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1380414181.043744.jpg
