Hey guys, kinda new to this but I was hoping you could help. I have a 95 s14, I've put a new motor in it and put everything back together, the car starts and runs, but I got to turn it off and I have to kill it by pulling the battery, and I also have constant power to my turn signals. I haven't done any mods to it so I don't think it's the harness but IDK for sure, if some one could give me some suggestion on where to start I would be very happy.

What happens when you turn the key to 'off'?

It just keeps running.

Have you checked the relays in the passenger side of the engine bay? It may have something to do with your ECCS circuit. Maybe your ECU is still sending ground to that relay or is not receiving an Ignition OFF signal.

I'm missing the top two relays in the engine bay, but my car has non of the diagrams for the fuses or the relays.
