Really hard to tell from a Monkey London video as me mics up the engine bay as well. It could be literally anything, how are we supposed to know what exhaust it has just from sound...

Yes I know we can't say for sure off a video but maybe someone has a sr20 that sounds like this and that could help narrow it down ��

Why not just contact the owner of the car somehow or ask the uploader. Monkey London could probably tell you what it was if you asked the owner. Also I didnt watch the video, but turbo 'flutter' usually means there is no blow off valve. If you want your car to sound like that, just block off your blow off valve. You will also blow flames between shifts
