no spark might be cas or ecu. Please help

so i am finishing up my sr20det redtop swap into my 91 s13 hatch. My buddy and i did everything by the book and took our time.

We crank it for the first start and jst turns over but nothing further from there. There is no spark. We have traced the issue and ran blink codes and traced it back to being either the CAM SENSOR or the ECU.

I did some research before coming here and noticed that the cam sensor should have between 0.1 and 5 volts coming through it. I tested it. The first 2 prones showed no reading on my voltage reader when tested next to each other. When i tested other prones and combined others with the first 2 i recieved random readings like 5.32, 7.21, 12.25.

IDK if this means my ECU is sending bad signals therefore it's fried, or my sensor is bad.

Someone Please Help. Thanks

Make sure your harness and coilpack harness etc are properly grounded.

so i checked all the grounds and made sure they were on well and still nothing. Any other suggestions?

The ECU has a solid red light on when the power is on if that helps any.
