All my cars are white. I wanted the metallic roof to pop so I did Satin as opposed to gloss. It was a sunny day so maybe just looked washed out, but in person it shows the lines of the car well

As far as the post says, only indication of your engine is "Original KA24DE", no mentions of rebuild or anything else.

Thanks for another pointless comment, much appreciated.

To respond, there was no mention of a rebuild, because it was not rebuilt....

Not a pointless post. Your showroom quality post lacks any useful information about the engine nor do you have engine bay photos.

Nor any mention of whether it's 5spd or auto...

Have you ever seen a bone stock, all original, untouched KA24?

If it was rebuilt, it would've been noted as:

REBUILT KA24DE
- Manufacturers/Parts Models
- Time since rebuild
- Built by "Insert company"

But instead, it says

ORIGINAL KA24DE

I'm sorry, I did leave out that detail. It is an original 5 speed Manual. Updated original post

Just throwing in my 2 cents here but.... i grabbed my 97 with an sr already and some coils and other little goodies for 7k. Again, not being that guy saying “I got my shit for cheaper.”
But, i do agree that 8-11k is high.

People know how much it costs, they just want something for nothing. Not a car meant to appeal to the $6k rusty used parts bin 240 kids. Someone that wants a good example will have no problem with my price. Thanks for the love

Bump for this clean 240, even before the kit and paint was worth 6k. If you don't like the mans price than find something more in your budget.

PS I also love the blacktop

I don't know how they keep missing this, but a 240sx is generally worth more with the original engine, and automatic to boot. When I look for one to 'assembly gently' I always grab a original/auto car.

Secondly, this car with all original clear-coat fading paint and all OEM body panels/etc... is still around a 7k car, simply because no accidents.

Its just the members of the forum that know the value of a proper car, already have nice 240's so they don't see this, few rare good comments. And people that have never had or had to build a 240sx from scratch are here with no money and no clue what things are worth....

IMO asking price is low
