Ka24de timing help

So i recently did a rebuild on my s13, everything was simple as usual but im having issues with the timing. Everything went in and lined up but it seems tight and off centered. All the tensioners are in, but it was uber tight even without the upper tensioner. Lower tensioner seems like its barely even doin anything. Im not really sure whats going on so any help would be appreciated.

So slight update, i pulled everything apart up top and it fixed my issue kind of. When i take out the bolt holding the idler sprocket everything is fine and dandy. Not super tight, and tensioners look good. But when i tighten that bolt down it seems to completely pull the lower tensioner inward and make everything tight again. Im not sure what wrong here so im probably going to pull the cover and go from there but if anyone has some advice itd be appreciated

Just to follow up on this in case somebody else runs into this shit, i didnt have the shaft in the middle of the idler sprocket to line it all up. Problem is solved and everything lines up good now.
