Need Help Identifying this VLSD 5 bolt diff and axles i picked up.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I have this same diff in my car and I believe that I have j30 axles and the passenger side is making noise. I believe it is because it is too long based on what I have read here and the way the inside steel dust shield is torn up as well as the slight difficulty I have when installing it.

I am looking to replace the passenger side with the driver Z32 axle but all I can find are N/A axles. Is this the right axle? Is there even a difference between them?
